Return Policy

All returned parts will be evaluated upon receipt. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in new, clean, and resale condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Seal Kit Returns (Please Read Carefully)

We understand seal kits may be opened for verification. Opened seal kits are eligible for return provided they meet all conditions below.

Important: Seal kits must be returned completely clean and free of hydraulic fluid, oil/grease, dirt, dust, or debris to qualify for a refund. Any contamination will result in no credit. This includes wear bands or other components that have absorbed hydraulic fluid or cannot be cleaned back to a like-new condition.

  • Returns must be requested and shipped back within 30 days of receipt.
  • Seal kits must be complete with all seals/components included.
  • All seals/components must be undamaged and show no signs of installation, wear, or use.
  • Kits must be returned fully cleaned and free of contamination (hydraulic fluid, oil/grease, dirt/debris).

Seal kits that are missing parts, show signs of installation or wear, are damaged, or cannot be resold as new will be denied credit.

Please include the following in the return package:

  • Order number
  • Copy of the receipt or packing slip

Cylinder and Other Hard Parts Returns

Prior to returning any cylinder or hard part, you must contact our sales department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

  • Returns without an RMA number will not receive credit.
  • Returns must be sent back freight prepaid with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Returns after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • No returns are accepted after 90 days.
  • Returned hydraulic cylinders are subject to an additional $50.00 repainting fee.

Hose Returns

Due to the nature of hydraulic hoses, our return policy is necessarily limited. The hose must be in completely new condition and is subject to inspection.

  • Must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Must be free of oil, hydraulic fluid, dirt, and debris.
  • Must show no signs of installation, wear, or use.

Berlon Bucket & Attachment Returns

Prior to returning any bucket or attachment, you must contact our sales department to obtain an RMA number and return address.

  • Returns without an RMA number will not receive credit.
  • Returns must be sent back freight prepaid with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Custom Ordered Buckets cannot be returned.
