Toyota 4FGC20 & 4FGC25 Forklift Front Mast Lift Cylinder w/ FV, FSV Mast Seal Kit

Prior to returning parts for any reason, you must contact our sales department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address to send the product to. Returns without a RMA number will not receive credit. The return must be sent back freight prepaid with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returned parts will be evaluated and must be in new and resale condition to receive credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Seal Kit Returns

Seal kits must be returned unopened or complete with all seals undamaged and clean within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Seal kits that are returned with oil or dirt on the seal will not receive credit. 

Cylinder and Other Hard Parts Returns

Cylinder and other hard parts returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 90 days. Returned hydraulic cylinders are subject to an additional $50.00 repainting fee.
